In his new role as executive chef, Manchester will oversee nearly 350 culinary employees and eight restaurants at Green Valley Ranch, including the AAA Four Diamond rated Hank’s Fine Steaks and Martinis, Terra Verde Italian, Sushi + Sake, China Spice, The Feast Buffet, Turf Grill, Tides Oyster Bar and the Grand Café. Station Casinos and Green Valley Ranch Resort has announced the addition of Chef Bradley Manchester to their culinary team.
