Even when we did have issues in past they were promptly resolved. Even though the website said it was working! I highly suggest the Harrah’s properties. We went for the Mecum auction and spent over $250 just in Uber fees since this hotel is far off the strip and Monorail is not working. Omelette with potatoes and one slice of toast for $13. The breakfast was the best meal we had each day at the Sportsbook area. Don’t bother eating at the Italian restaurant which was double the price of Olive Garden and nowhere as good. The band on Thursday and Sunday was pretty good though.
Charged $41.72 a day for no housekeeping services!! Housekeeper told she was not allowed in my room during my stay!? Had to call for replacement towels etc Also all the ice machines in this hotel have been turned off so you have have to go all the way down to 1st level stand in line to get a bucket of ice! No coffee machine in this hotel either so be prepared to pay $5 minimum for a cup of joe! (In same long line as ice!) most of the vending machines in hotel were empty of water which was $3.75 for 20oz! The waitresses are very few and far between to get a drink.
